This website is operated by Proeditus, which provides editing, proofreading and manuscript preparation services. You can contact us about privacy at pro.editusus@gmail.com.

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the enquiry form:
- the service you are interested in;
- your name and email address;
- your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to provide it;
- the type of document, your project description and, optionally, a preferred deadline.
The form does not accept file uploads, and we never ask for passwords or payment card details through this website. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your project description.
How your enquiry is sent
When online delivery is enabled, your enquiry is passed from this website to our email service provider, Resend, which delivers it to our business inbox. The website itself does not store your enquiry in a database.
If online delivery is not enabled, the form instead opens your own email app with your enquiry pre-filled, and nothing is sent until you choose to send that email yourself.
Our business inbox is a Google (Gmail) account, so emails we receive and send are processed by Google.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and, if you go ahead, provide and manage the service you have agreed to. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your permission.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Our fonts are served from this website rather than from third-party font services.
Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details in order to deliver pages securely. To protect the enquiry form from abuse, the website briefly keeps a count of recent submissions per IP address in server memory; this count is not stored permanently.

Your rights
